We’re not just another property management tool. We are a social and organizational layer for shared buildings — a space for human connection, collaboration, and clarity in modern urban housing.

Throughout this project, we kept coming back to a simple but powerful question: What does it take to feel at home — not just within your own four walls, but within a building full of strangers? Our research showed that many tenants want more than just fast repairs or rent confirmations. They want to feel heard. Informed. Respected. And maybe — in small ways — connected to the people they live alongside. With this in mind, we designed a platform that prioritises emotional clarity just as much as functional transparency. From reporting issues to building trust across language barriers, our concept aims to bridge the everyday gaps that often go unspoken. Of course, we’re not done yet.
- Testing how well our interface performs in reallife conversations between tenants and landlords
- Exploring how to support multiple languages without overwhelming the user experience
- Designing ways to build micro-connections between neighbors — low-pressure, opt-in, and respectful
- Defining how issue tracking and transparency can remain clear even when multiple parties are involved
This journey has shown us that tenant communication is not just about fixing what’s broken — it’s about creating the conditions for people to feel safe, seen, and supported in the places they call home.
